As on many similar website, over 60% of Snatch’s visitors who added items to their cart, do not complete the purchase in the same session. We wanted to decrease the cart abandonment rate and we created a campaign to target those abandoning visitors.

Snatch offered an additional 5% discount to visitors who would complete their order and judging by the results, in a lots of cases this was enough to persuade them to stay on the website and complete the purchase.
